Cruise Planners are awesome. They assist you in every step of planning your vacation which takes a lot of stress from you. I have cruised many times and took excursions that the ship recommended, but they weren’t as good as the excursions that the cruise planners offer. The cruise planners excursions were more informative and the tour guides were a lot more friendlier.

We didn't even sail yet ! The service & support has been excellent! Ursula is so great to work with. She knows cruises & travel like no other! Ursula, this has been the most fantastic and amazing trip. In Athens, the Amalia hotel is in the center of everything. I could walk everywhere, and it was very convenient. The people are wonderfully fantastic. Mykonos is a dream and lives up to its reputation. The imperial resort is more than a five star, every morning I was greeted with smiles and hellos. I even got a tattoo there. All I can say is you rock. Going alone and being single is the best decision I made to go on this trip. Thank you. We want to thank Ursula so much for helping us book this quick 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. My fiance is prone to seasickness and we wanted to try out this quick 3 day cruise to see how well she holds up. If things went good, we would book a 7 day cruise on a later date. Ursula was very helpful in booking us the cruise. With only a few more days left for the cruise, my parents decided they also wanted to take a cruise. It would be their first time taking a cruise. I called Ursula to see if she can squeeze my parents into the cruise. She was able to reserve a balcony room right away. In the end we all made it on the cruise. Nobody got sick. We all had a great time especially since it was their first time cruising and/or visiting the Bahamas. Thank you so much Ursula. I had the pleasure of working with Ursula to plan my most memorable vacation. I have no regrets in leaving it all up to her. I explained what I was looking for, the budget I wanted to stick with and she made it happen!
Ursula is extremely professional, detailed oriented, patient, and assists you with pleasure.
All my available options for the trip were presented and once I shortlisted what I wanted further assistance was provided to ensure I made the right decision that would allow me to enjoy the vacation to its fullest. Upon arriving to my destination Ursula called to ensure we arrived safely and also to ensure everything was ok. I had one small issue and before seeking her assistance to get the problem resolved she called back to advise it was all taken care of. That is a true Cruise/trip planner!

I wanted to get away for a week and visit Paris and London's cities highlights. I gave Ursula our traveling dates (less than 3 weeks away) and asked her to see if she could get something together last minute. Well, she more than delivered. Not only was she able to get me a great deal for my money, but more importantly, she took care of all logistics for me. Flights, two different hotels in each city, Fast train tickets and private chauffeur to just name a few. Not to mention that we got to visit the Versailles Castle and gardens, dinner on the Seine River and of course the Moulin Rouge's fantastic show. London was also great. Best view from the London Eye and finishing with a theater play. I will recommend Ursula to all my friends;she is wonderful and my travel agent from now on.
